Elevate Summer Skills & Confidence Camp
Whether your athlete is heading into their first tryout or looking to level up their game, this camp is designed to help them put their best foot forward. Over four fast-paced afternoons, athletes will sharpen their skills, build confidence, and walk into tryouts knowing exactly what to expect and what coaches are looking for.
Camp Structure
Sessions focus on refining all core skills — passing, serving, setting, and hitting — while also building real game knowledge including positions, rotations, and rules. Understanding the game is just as important as executing the skills, and athletes who walk in prepared in both areas stand out — whether it's their first tryout or their third.
Every session is designed to challenge athletes at their level, build their confidence, and send them home with a clearer picture of what they need to keep working on before that first day of tryouts.

Your Coach
This camp is hosted and coached by Coach Lisa, founder of Elevate Volleyball Training. Coach Lisa is a former Division II college athlete, four-year starter, and team captain who held program records in blocks, hitting percentage, and aces per game. She brings over 20 years of coaching experience at every level, with a consistent track record of winning seasons, regional championships, and former players going on to compete at the college level.
Coach Lisa holds degrees in both Exercise Science and Nutrition, giving her a deeper understanding of athletic development than most coaches bring to the court. She has a particular ability to break down the body mechanics behind every skill — identifying exactly what needs to be corrected for fast, real improvement. Whether it's your approach, your arm swing, or your platform angle, she will see it and help you fix it.
